Refunds, privacy & the fine print

This reading is for entertainment. It isn't a certification of anything and it doesn't predict anyone's future. The charts are calculated from the birth details you enter, the same way every time; the practical checks draw on published language and statistics sources.

"Fit," "grade" and "pick" describe our own assessment against the method we publish. They have no legal or official weight, and we make no claims about anyone's future.

Before you open it — cancel from your order page any time before the reading is first opened. Full refund, no questions.

After you open it — the reading is digital content, and opening it counts as delivery. We still refund in full if we got a fact wrong: a pillar, a sign, a spelling. A result you don't like isn't a defect — and if it were refundable, we couldn't give anyone an honest one.

Tickets — sold in US dollars only, through PayPal. One ticket opens one full reading; question credits pay for follow-up answers, and a credit is returned whenever we can't answer. Tickets don't expire. Unused tickets are refunded in full on request — email us the purchase number from the History tab. A ticket used on a reading follows the rules above.

Re-runs — included with every package, requested from the reading page, done instantly. The engine is deterministic, so a re-run rewrites the narration but the same names get the same grades. If you think a fact is wrong, ask for a refund instead — that's the remedy that actually applies.

What we collect — the names, the birth details you choose to enter (date, and optionally time, city and lunar flag), any family members you add, your email for the link, and your name if you give it. Nothing else.

Birth details — Birth dates are used to calculate the chart and deleted 90 days after the reading is issued. The chart itself (pillars and signs) stays in your reading; the date doesn't. If the reading is for a child, you're confirming you're the parent or guardian.

Reading access — readings open only through a long, unguessable link. Anyone you share it with can read it, so share deliberately.

Deletion — email hello@judgemyname.com with your reading number and we'll delete the order and the reading.

We never predict anyone's fate, health or success. Every caution is written as "under these conditions, this can happen" — with the conditions stated.

Where the inputs or our data don't reach, the reading says "not checked" instead of guessing.
